Glassboxx download instructions

If this is your first time using Glassboxx:

First, download the CSV file containing your token. Note: if you have received your token from your Learning Partner, you will not need to do this.

To get your copy of the eBook:

1. Go to glassboxx.com/token.
2. Create a Glassboxx account by entering your name and email address. Enter your eBook redemption token.
3. Download the Glassboxx App to your Smartphone, Tablet or Desktop. The latest versions are available here. Or go to https://reader.glassboxx.co.uk/ to access your eBook via your web browser.
4. Log into the App or browser using the same email address that you used to create your Glassboxx account.
5. On the Verification screen, enter the verification code sent to your email address and tap VERIFY ME. If you do not receive your verification code, please check your Spam filter.

Your eBook will now automatically appear in the app ready for you to read.

If you have previously used Glassboxx:

1. Go to glassboxx.com/token. 
2. Enter the email address you use for your Glassboxx account. Enter your eBook redemption token. 
3. Open the Glassboxx App, go to the My Books screen, refresh the page, and your new book will automatically appear.

Adobe Digital Editions download instructions

1. First, make sure you have the Adobe Digital Editions reader 
If you don't already have Adobe Digital Editions, download it now from the Adobe Digital Editions download page. Once you've installed Adobe Digital Editions, create an Adobe ID and authorise your device from the "Help" menu.

(Please note if you do not authorise your device, you will not be able to read your eBook on other devices.)

2. Get your eBook access key
Click on link that has been provided to you. This will download a file containing your access key. This will be saved to the downloads folder of your device.

3. Download your eBook and read anytime, anywhere

Open the file or drag and drop the downloaded access key into the Adobe Digital Editions reader. (Note: if your device tries to open the file in another program, you may need to manually select Adobe Digital Editions as the correct program.)

You can now read your eBook offline on your chosen device and switch to other devices as needed.
