Orders despatched to a UK address

Orders for delivery to a UK address that are received before 12pm Monday-Friday will normally be despatched on the next working day via courier service.

The courier service aims to deliver the working day after postage, however, NEBOSH cannot guarantee this.

Please note that issues with an incomplete/incorrect address will delay the processing of orders.

Orders despatched to an overseas address

Orders for delivery to an overseas address that are received before 12pm Monday-Friday will normally be despatched on the next working day via courier service.

Please note that issues with an incomplete/incorrect address or missing customs number will delay the processing of orders. 

The courier service aims to deliver in the timescales given below.

Unfortunately NEBOSH cannot guarantee these delivery times, and they should, therefore, be used as a guideline only:

• Orders despatched to a European address - approximately 4 working days
• Orders despatched to an address outside of Europe - up to 10 working days

Issues with Customs can sometimes significantly delay the delivery of orders and NEBOSH can take no responsibility for such delays. NEBOSH will, however, work with the courier and/or Customs to try to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.

EU Customers

From January 1 2021, NEBOSH requires customers in the EU to provide an EORI number when placing an order. Without this number publications shipped to the EU may get held up in Customs.

Indonesian Customers

Effective 1st Aug 2021, an Indonesian Tax ID Number (known in Indonesia as NPWP - Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak) must be provided for all imports and exports to or from Indonesia as this information is required to be provided to the customs authorities in that country. Please place this number in the EORI field supplied.
