Refund policy


We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but if you ever need to return items then we’re here to make things as simple and straightforward as possible.

Thinking of returning a book?

When returning a book/s to us you will need to complete the appropriate returns document depending on the type of book purchased. See below:

1. Returning printed books: 

  • All printed books must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
  • Postage will be refunded for goods damaged in transportation or defective goods. 
  • For other returns a full refund will be given for the book/s returned excluding postage costs.
  • We recommend that when returning any book/s that they are sent with proof of purchase.

Books are eligible for return and refund for the following reasons:

  1. Defective books (please describe on the Refund Request Form).
  2. Purchased in error.
  3. Damaged in transportation.
  4. Change of mind / right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt. 

Refunds will not be issued for unused or surplus stock.

How to return book/s:

Download and complete the Printed Books Refund Request Form.

Place the completed document with the book/s inside the original packaging and return to:

Refunds

On receipt of your returned book/s a credit adjustment will be made on the credit or debit card account used as payment for the original order. Please allow two weeks for the adjustment to be made onto the account.

2. Returning eBooks:

(a) Consumer eBooks

When you place an order for consumer eBooks, the eBook is automatically downloaded to your Glassboxx account (linked to the email address you have used to place the order). There is no right to cancel once the eBook has been automatically pushed to your account.

This does not affect your statutory rights and if you believe that you are entitled to a refund because of a defect or because you are unable to access the eBook please complete the online Consumer eBook Refund Request Form. 

All refund requests must be received within 14 days of the original purchase.

Issues are investigated on a case-by-case basis, and a refund will be issued if they cannot be rectified and if appropriate will be made on the credit or debit card account used as payment for the original order. Please allow two weeks for the adjustment to be made onto the account.

(b) Returning Learning Partner eBook tokens

If you are a Learning Partner, you will need to complete the online LP eBook Token Refund Request Form.

All refund requests must be received within 14 days of the original purchase. 

Learning Partner eBook tokens are eligible for return and refund for the following reasons: 

  1. Defective / unable to access eBook.
  2. Purchased in error.

If you purchased the eBook by mistake, a refund will only be given to you if you have not attempted to access the eBook by redeeming your token. If not accessed, a full refund will be given for the eBook. If you believe the eBook is defective or you cannot access it using the instructions provided, please provide details of the issue(s) faced via the Learning Partner eBook Token Refund Request Form. We will investigate issue(s) on a case-by-case basis and a refund will be issued if we are unable to rectify them.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for unused or surplus tokens in a bulk eBook order except in exceptional circumstance. 

On receipt of your Refund Request Form and confirmation that the eBook has not been accessed a credit adjustment will be made on the credit or debit card account used as payment for the original order. Please allow two weeks for the adjustment to be made onto the account. 

Thinking of returning an Alumni item?

When returning alumni merchandise to us you will need to complete a returns document. See below:

  • All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 
  • Postage will be refunded for goods damaged in transportation or defective goods.
  • For other returns a full refund will be given for the returned item excluding postage costs. 
  • We recommend that when returning any items that they are sent with proof of purchase. 

Alumni merchandise is eligible for return and refund for the following reasons:

  1. Defective item (please describe on the Refund Request Form) 
  2. Purchased in error. 
  3. Damaged in transportation. 
  4. Changed your mind / right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt. 

How to return alumni merchandise:
