We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but if you ever need to return items then we’re here to make things as simple and straightforward as possible.
Thinking of returning a book?
When returning a book/s to us you will need to complete the returns document from the link below, place this back in the envelope with the item and return to:

Books are eligible for return and refund for the following reasons:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Wrong Item purchased
- Other (considered on a case-by-case basis)
All books must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Postage will be refunded for goods damaged in transportation or defective. For other returns a full refund will be given for the book/s returned excluding postage costs. We do recommend that when returning any book/s that they are sent with proof of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for unused or surplus stock.
Refunds
On receipt of your returned book/s a credit adjustment will be made on the credit or debit card account used as payment for the original order. Please allow two weeks for the adjustment to be made onto the account.

Thinking of requesting a refund for an eBook?
When requesting a refund for an eBook you will need to complete the returns document from the link below and email it to info@nebosh.org.uk.eBooks are eligible for return and refund for the following reasons:
- Defective/unable to access
- Wrong Item purchased
- Item purchased by mistake
All refund requests must be received within 14 days of the original purchase. If you purchased the wrong eBook or purchased the eBook by mistake, a refund will only be given if you have not attempted to access the eBook by redeeming your token. If not accessed, a full refund will be given for the eBook. If you believe the eBook is defective or you cannot access it using the instructions provided, please provide details of the issue(s) faced via the eBook refund request form. We will investigate issue(s) on a case-by-case basis, and a refund will be issued if we are unable to rectify them.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for unused or surplus tokens in a bulk eBook order except in exceptional circumstances.
