Undelivered, terrible customer support

"Ordered the item on the 14th August, still don't have it on the 28th August. Nebosh shop have been very unhelpful and have not replied to my request for a refund on the 25th August. They did reply to my request to chase up the delivery company, Royal Mail, saying I had to contacted them to see where it was. When I said I had to no avail they didn't respond. Two third of the way through the course and honestly no idea if this book is helpful as at this rate I will have sat the exam before the book turns up or I get a refund."
